Transformation has always been my work. For 25+ years I led some of the most respected independent schools in the country — serving as Assistant Head and Provost, and ultimately as Head of School with full P&L oversight of a $29M enterprise and accountability for 200+ employees. Along the way, institutions like The Hockaday School shaped my deepest convictions about what excellent leadership actually requires.
Now, as an Executive Coach and Consultant — and while completing an MA in AI Leadership — I partner with senior leaders who are ready to navigate transformation with clarity, courage, and genuine purpose.
The most important thing education can build in a young person right now is intellectual sovereignty — the capacity for independent reasoning, sound judgment, and critical discernment in an era where AI constantly shapes how we process information.
That conviction is the foundation of The Chrysalis Project — and of every product, partnership, and piece of writing that comes from it. My work centers on AI strategy and adoption, responsible AI governance, executive enablement, and organizational transformation.
